Assembled Desktop Computers
If any component develops a manufacturing defect:
If the required replacement part is available in stock, it will be replaced immediately.
If the part is not available, it will be sent for warranty service/replacement.
Warranty processing may take a minimum of 15 working days, depending on the manufacturer or distributor.
Computer Accessories
Examples include keyboards, mouse, speakers, printers, routers, UPS, storage devices, cables, and other accessories.
Customers may:
Visit M/s M. S. INFOTECH for warranty assistance, or
Claim replacement/service through the manufacturer where applicable.
Replacement is subject to manufacturer approval and product inspection.

Original purchase invoice is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified.

Damage caused by improper use or unauthorised repairs
Warranty approval is subject to inspection by the manufacturer or authorised service centre.
