Cancellation Policy

Product Orders

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or before the product is handed over to the customer.
• Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Service Bookings

• Service appointments may be cancelled before the technician starts the service.
• Once the service has commenced or has been completed, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation by M/s M. S. INFOTECH

M/s M. S. INFOTECH reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, if payment has already been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
