Return & Refund Policy
Eligible Returns
Only *non-electronic products, if any, may be eligible for return within *7 to 10 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided they:
Are unused and in their original condition.
Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Show no signs of physical damage or misuse.
Non-Refundable Items

Software, licence keys, digital downloads, and activation codes.
Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.
Products with missing accessories, manuals, or original packaging

are non-refundable once the service has been started or completed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify M/s M. S. INFOTECH within 48 hours of delivery or purchase. After inspection, we may provide a repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution where applicable.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be initiated within 7 business days after approval.
The refunded amount may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your bank account or original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Right to Refuse
M/s M. S. INFOTECH reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
